Alright, I'm sure we all know this stuff, but yes I have to go through this.
1.) No stealing another person's picture. You may only take it with their permission.
2.) Don't alter their pic in anyway unless they say it's okay. I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you asked them to change stuff in the pic they gave you.
3.) Feel free to reorder.
4.) Yes, you may request who you'd like to possibly do your pic.
5.) If they have a copyright thing on the pic, be respectful and do not take it away.
6.) Saying that you made a pic that you really didn't is just wrong. The people who made it take time and energy to do something for you, and all that work would be taken away if you did that.
